देहरादून, उत्तरांचल प्रेस क्लब की स्मारिका के प्रथम त्रैमासिक अंक ‘गुलदस्ता’ का विमोचन आज श्रीगुरू रामराय दरबार साहिब के श्रीमहंत देवेंद्र दास महाराज ने किया। प्रेस क्लब अब तक वार्षिक स्मारिका का प्रकाशन करता था, लेकिन इस वर्ष से कार्यकारिणी ने इसे त्रैमासिक आधार पर प्रकाशित करने का निर्णय किया है। चूंकि, स्मारिका का यह पहला त्रैमासिक अंक ऐसे अवसर पर आ रहा था, जब झंडेजी के आरोहण के साथ देहरादून का ऐतिहासिक झंडा आरंभ हो रहा है। साथ ही अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस और होली भी इसी दरम्यियान पड़ रही थी। ऐसे में इस अंक में श्री दरबार साहिब की ऐतिहासिकता और झंडा मेले के साथ ही उत्तराखंड की होली, महिला दिवस और प्रेस क्लब की तीन माह की गतिविधियों को समाहित करते हुए स्मारिका (पत्रिका) को बहुरंगी गुलदस्ते के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया गया है।
आज सुबह श्रीदरबार साहिब में स्मारिका के पहले त्रैमासिक अंक का विमोचन करते हुए श्रीमहंत देवेंद्र दास महाराज ने इस बात की सराहना की कि पत्रिका में विभिन्न विषयों को समाहित किया गया है। उन्होंने इस तरह के प्रयास को भविष्य में भी जारी रखने का आह्वान करते हुए प्रेस क्लब को हर सम्भव मदद का भरोसा दिलाया। श्रीमहंत ने कहा कि दरबार साहिब की ओर से जैविक खेती और पर्यावरण संरक्षण की दिशा में व्यापक प्रयास आरंभ किए गए हैं, क्योंकि इस समय सबसे ज्यादा चिंता का विषय बढ़ता प्रदूषण है। इसे कम करने के लिए हम सभी को प्रयास करने होंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि कृषि और पशुपालन को बढ़ावा देकर पलायन को रोकने की दिशा में भी प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। युवाओं को इस मुहिम से जोड़ा जा रहा है। प्रेस क्लब अध्यक्ष देवेन्द्र सती और महामंत्री संजीव कंडवाल ने इस अवसर पर श्रीमहंत देवेंद्र दास महाराज का आभार व्यक्त किया। विमोचन के अवसर पर प्रेस क्लब के वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष हरीश जोशी, कोषाध्यक्ष इंद्रेश कोहली, पत्रिका के संपादक मंडल के सदस्य जितेंद्र अंथवाल, प्रेस क्लब के पूर्व अध्यक्ष चेतन गुरूंग, कार्यकारिणी सदस्य अभिषेक मिश्रा, राजू पुशोला उत्तराखण्ड पत्रकार यूनियन के प्रदेश महामंत्री गिरिधर शर्मा, सुबोध भट्ट और श्रीदरबार साहिब के वरिष्ठ जनसंपर्क अधिकारी भूपेंद्र रतूड़ी आदि मौजूद रहे।
‘Guldasta’, the first quarterly issue of the souvenir of Dehradun, Uttaranchal Press Club, was released today by Srimanta Devendra Das Maharaj of _ Darbar Sahib. The Press Club used to publish the annual souvenir till now, but from this year the Executive has decided to publish it on a quarterly basis. Since, this first quarterly issue of the souvenir was marking the occasion when the historic flag of Dehradun begins with the ascension of the flag.Also, International Women’s Day and Holi were falling in the same way. In this issue, the souvenir (magazine) is presented as a multicolored bouquet, incorporating the historicity of Sri Darbar Sahib and the flag fair as well as three months of activities of Holi, Women’s Day and Press Club of Uttarakhand.While releasing the first quarterly issue of the souvenir at Sridarbar Sahib this morning, Srimanta Devendra Das Maharaj appreciated that the magazine covered various subjects.He assured the Press Club of all possible help, calling for such an effort to be continued in the future as well. Shrimant said that extensive efforts have been initiated by the Darbar Sahib towards organic farming and environmental protection, as the most concern at this time is increasing pollution. We all have to make efforts to reduce it. He said that efforts are also being made to prevent migration by promoting agriculture and animal husbandry. The youth are being linked to this campaign.Club President Devendra Sati and General Secretary Sanjeev Kandwal thanked Shrimant Devendra Das Maharaj on the occasion.
