जैसा कि पिछले लेख में मैंने आपसे कहा कि विश्लेषण करिए और सोचिए कि क्या वाकई व्हाट्सअप यूनिवर्सिटी से संचालित हो रही शिक्षा सही है या वह महज राजनीति की दुकान खोल बैठे लोगों का प्रोपेगेंडा। आज हम खुद से अपने आस- पास के माहौल पर नजर डालते हैं और कुछ सवाल खुद से पूछते हैं जो नफरतों की आंधी में उड़ गए हैं।
इन सवालों को करने का मेरा उद्देश्य यह है कि हम मुद्दों से न भटक जाएं और मन ही मन में नफरतों को इतना हावी कर लें कि वहां प्यार की कोई जगह ही न बचे। अध्यात्म के हिसाब से देखें तो नफरतों से बाहर आना इसलिए भी जरूरी है क्योंकि जहां नफरत होती है वहां शैतान होता है और जहां प्यार होता है वहां ईश्वर बसते हैं। दूसरी बात ये कि नैतिक शिक्षा में हमे बचपन से सिखाया जाता है कि हम जो देते हैं वही लौटकर हमारे पास आता है। विज्ञान कहता है कि जो इंसान गुस्से और नफरत से भरा होता है वो मानसिक तनाव में रहता है और अवसाद का शिकार हो जाता है।
अब आप खुद से देखिए कि आप जहां पर रहते हैं वहां कितने मुसलमान हैं? आपके दफ्तरों में काम करने वालों में मुस्लिम आबादी का प्रतिशत कितना है? आपके बच्चे जहां स्कूल जाते हैं वहां कितने प्रतिशत बच्चे मुस्लिम हैं? क्या आपके साथ व्यक्तिगत तौर पर सिर्फ धर्म के आधार पर किसी मुस्लिम ने गलत किया है या आपके साथ अपराध किया है? आप कितनी बार किसी मुस्लिम मौहल्ले में गए हैं? ऐसे ही कई सवाल हैं जिनका जवाब आपको खुद ढूंढना है। ये सवाल इसलिए पूछने जरूरी हैं क्योंकि हम में से ज्यादातर लोग मुसलमानों के रहन- सहन, खान- पान, रीति-रिवाजों के बारे में जानते ही नहीं हैं सिर्फ सुनते आए हैं। इन्ही सबका फायदा उठाते हुए धर्म के नाम पर राजनीति की दुकान चलाने वालों ने आम मध्यम वर्ग के बीच नफरत की इतनी बड़ी खाई खोद दी जिसमे मध्यम वर्ग अपनी रोजमर्रा की जरूरतों और बुनियादी अधिकारों को भूल गया।
ऐसा नही है कि धर्म के ठेकेदार सिर्फ एक तरफ हैं ये दोनों तरफ हैं। अगर आप अपनी-अपनी धार्मिक किताबों को पढ़ेंगे तो आप जानेंगे कि उनमें इंसान बनने को कहा गया है न कि किसी धर्म विशेष से नफरत करने को । धार्मिक किताबे अध्यात्म के हिसाब से आपको इंसान बनने को कहती हैं। भले ही उनकी भाषा अलग ही क्यों न हो लेकिन उद्देश्य सबका एक ही है और वो है प्यार, आपसी भाईचारा और मानव सेवा। यही नही हमारे यहां संतो का जिक्र भी मिलता है जिन्हें हम कभी स्कूली किताबों में पढ़ते हैं तो कभी मंदिर में देखते हैं। कबीरदास और साई बाबा दो ऐसे संत हमारे देश मे हुए जिनके बारे में कोई न जान पाया कि उनका धर्म क्या था। हम सभी ने कबीरदास को स्कूल में पढ़ा जहां वह अपने दोहों के माध्यम हिन्दू हो या मुस्लिम दोनों में व्याप्त अंधविश्वास को कठघरे में खड़ा करते हैं तो वहीं दूसरी और साई बाबा हैं जो मस्जिद में अपना निवास बनाते हैं और उसको नाम देते हैं द्वारका माई। असल में हमारी संस्कृति और पहचान भी यही है। बस कुछ वर्षों से सोशल मीडिया के गलत इस्तेमाल ने हमे नफरती भंवर में फंसा कर रख दिया है।
आप अगर गौर करेंगे तो देखेंगे कि ज्यादातर मुस्लिम आबादी अपना छोटा-मोटा काम करती है नौकरी में प्रतिशत नाममात्र का ही होगा। ज्यादातर आबादी दर्जी, पंचर, कारपेंटर, बढ़ई, किराने की दुकान, सब्जी-फल की ठेली लगाने का काम करती है। नौकरियों में इन्हें आरक्षण भी नही है। अब बात करे सरकारी सुविधाओं का लाभ उठाने की, तो सरकार जो योजना बनाती वह सभी के लिए होती है, अब ये हमारे ऊपर है कि हम कहाँ तक उन सरकारी सुविधा का लाभ लेते हैं या नही ।
खैर अब मुद्दे पर आते हैं बात करते हैं कि आखिर इस नफरत की दुकान से किसे फायदा पहुंच रहा है ? बात ये है कि नफरत की राजनीति से दोनों धर्मों के कुछ तथाकथित गुरुओं की दाल रोटी चलती है। धर्म के ठेकेदार हमेशा आपको डर दिखाते हैं कि हिन्दू को मुसलमान से खतरा है या मुसलमान को हिन्दू से खतरा है। सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल मैसेज जिनकी भाषा काफी भड़काऊ होती हैं और सच्चाई से उनका दूर-दूर तक कोई लेना-देना भी नही होता,आग में घी डालने का काम करते हैं। एक तरफ हिंदुओ को दिखाया जाता है कि मुसलमान हिंदुओ की माँ-बेटियों के साथ गलत हरकतें कर रहा है, हिंदुओ को मार रहा है वहीं दूसरी तरफ मुस्लिम समुदाय में इन्ही मेसेजों के द्वारा भी झूठे मैसेज फैलाएं जाते हैं कि हिन्दू मुसलमानों पर जुल्म कर रहे हैं, मुसलमानों को मारा जा रहा है। परिणाम साफ है आज नफरत और गुस्सा दोनों तरफ फैल गया है। हिन्दू आबादी संख्याबल में अधिक है और मुस्लिम आबादी कम लेकिन जो हकीकत है वो ये है कि वैमनस्यता दोनों पक्षों में है। लेकिन अब हम बात करे कि इन सबका फायदा कौन उठा रहा है तो आपको अहसास होगा राजनीति की रोटी सेकने वाले नही चाहते कि हम इन नफरतों से बाहर निकले और अपने बुनियादी अधिकार मांगे। आप सोचिए जब भी दंगे होते हैं उनमें न तो कपिल मिश्रा मरता है न ही औवेशी. खामियाजा भुगतने वालों में होता है वह आम जनता जो रात-दिन मेहनत करके दो जून की रोटी कमाती है और घर जोड़ती है। ऊपर से ये आज का ये जाहिल मीडिया जो इस आग को भड़काने में उत्प्रेरक का काम करता है। आपसी सौहार्द की बातों या घटनाओं को हमसे छिपा कर सिर्फ नफरती बातों में मिर्च-मसाले के साथ ब्रेकिंगन्यूज़ हम तक परोस रहा है। बाकी आईटी सेल में भर्ती बेरोजगार २४ घण्टे फर्जी मेसेजों के द्वारा अपने आकाओं के इशारे पर इन नफरतों को फैलाने का काम बड़ी ईमानदारी और मुस्तेदी के साथ कर ही रहे हैं।
आज की चुनौती में जीने का जो संघर्ष है उसमे अगर कोई प्रभावित हो रहा है तो वो है इस देश का मध्यम-वर्ग, जिसमे हिन्दू और मुस्लिम आबादी दोनों आती हैं। जहाँ एक तरफ अमीर एवं पूंजीपति वर्ग है जिसके पास बेहिसाब पैसा है उसको कोई फर्क नही पड़ता तो दूसरी ओर वह गरीब वर्ग है जिनके लिए सरकार ने कई योजनायें चला रखीं हैं उन्हें भी. लेकिन मध्य वर्ग के पास न ही इतना पैसा है कि वो अपनी आवश्यकताएं पूरी कर सके और न ही उसके लिए सरकार के पास कोई योजना ही है। मध्यवर्ग को मकान बनाना है, गाड़ी लेनी है, बच्चों को उच्च शिक्षा दिलानी है तो उसे बैंकों से लोन लेना होता है जिसे चुकाने में उसके पसीने छूटने लगते हैं। मौजूदा लॉकडाउन की ही बात करें तो मध्यवर्ग आज बेहद अजीब सी स्थिति में आ गया है। शर्म के मारे वो गरीब-वर्ग की तरह राशन मांग भी नही पा रहा और अमीरों की तरह चैन से बैठ नही सकता। लॉक डाउन के चलते टूटे हुए बाजार के कारण अब उसे अपनी रोजी-रोटी-रोजगार का नया संकट भी दिखने लगा है कि बच्चों की फीस, लोन की किस्तें, मकान का किराया, बिजली-पानी के बिल वगैरह। लालाजी के रहमोकरम की नौकरियां कितनी रहेंगी कितनी जाएंगी ये भी बड़ी समस्या रहेगी।
अब आप खुद सोचिए कि यदि हमने सस्ती और अच्छी शिक्षा मांगी होती, बढ़िया सरकारी अस्पताल मांगे होते, नौकरियां मांगी होती तो आज इन सब समस्याओं से लड़ने में सक्षम होते लेकिन हमें नफरतों के ऐसे माहौल में फंसा दिया गया जिसमें हम मुद्दों से भटक गए। हमने सिर्फ वही सोचा जो सत्ता चाहती थी हमने अपनी बुनियादी आवश्यकताओं की बात कभी करी ही नही।
आप खुद से सोचिए कि एक सभ्य व विकसित समाज के लिए सबसे जरूरी क्या है जवाब साफ है शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार जैसी बुनियादी जरूरते या फिर हिन्दू मुसलमान के दंगे जिनमे सिर्फ आम आदमी ही बलि का बकरा बनता है। धर्म आपका निजी मामला है जिसे न कोई आप पर और न ही आप किसी दूसरे पर थोप सकते हैं। धर्म आपको तर्क करना सिखाता है, सवाल पूछना सिखाता है, अपने हक के लिए लड़ना सिखाता है न कि आंखें मुंड कर सच या झूठ में अंतर किये बिना बिल्कुल अंधभक्त बन जाना। हमारे यहां तो परम्परा रही है शास्त्रार्थ की, सहमत या असहमत होने की, तर्क करने की, किसी भी बात को कसौटी पर कसने की। क्या आज हम उस परम्परा को निभा रहे हैं या सिर्फ कुतर्कों में फंस कर रह गए है ये आपको सोचना है।

What percentage of children are Muslim where your children go to school? Has any person personally wronged you on the basis of religion or committed a crime against you? How many times have you been to a Muslim neighborhood? There are many such questions that you have to find the answer yourself.These questions are important to ask because most of us do not even know about the way of life, food, customs and customs of Muslims. Most of the population works as tailor, puncture, carpenter, carpenter, grocery store, vegetable-fruit bag. They do not even have reservation in jobs. What is most important for a civilized and developed society, the answer is clear: basic needs like education, health, employment Or the riots of Hindu Muslims, in which only the common man becomes a goat of sacrifice. Religion is your personal matter which neither you nor you can impose on anyone else. Religion teaches you to reason, teaches to ask questions, teaches to fight for your rights and not to become completely blind without turning your eyes to the truth or falsehood. We have a tradition here of debate, of agreeing or disagreeing, to argue, to test anything.Are we following that tradition today or are we just stuck in the lines, you have to think.
