दिल्ली की हिंसा पूर्व नियोजित है क्या ?

दिल्ली को जिस तरह हिंसा की आग में झोंका गया वह निंदनीय है.एक पुलिस कांस्टेबल और चार नागरिकों की हत्या कर दी गयी.फौज की वर्दी पहने लोग दिल्ली में घूम रहे हैं और सेना कह रही है कि ये हमारे लोग नहीं हैं. सरेआम गोली चलाते और पेट्रोल बम फेंकते दंगाई नजर आ रहे हैं. ड्यूटी पर पुलिस का जवान मारा जा रहा है और पत्थर फेंकते पुलिस के वीडियो भी सामने आ रहे हैं.
प्रश्न यह है कि इतनी बड़ी हिंसा क्या अचानक घटित हुई या पूर्व नियोजित षड्यंत्र था? अब तो इंटेलिजेंस एजेंसियां भी कह रही हैं कि पूर्व नियोजित था. पूर्व नियोजित था तो हिंसा रोकने के प्रभावी उपाय क्यों नहीं किये गए? जिस तरह हिंसा पूर्व नियोजित थी,उसी तरह हिंसा,आगजनी और कत्लेआम होने देना है, क्या यह भी पूर्व नियोजित था?
देश में कहने को इस समय सबसे मजबूत सरकार है और मजबूत सरकार के राज में दंगाई खुलेआम बंदूकें लहरा रहे हैं, गोली चला रहे हैं, हत्याएं कर रहे हैं ! क्या दंगाइयों की एक श्रेणी सरकार को अत्यंत प्रिय है कि उसने छूट दी है कि वे पुलिस के बगल में खड़े हो कर भी गोली चला सकते हैं, पेट्रोल बम फेंक सकते हैं, हत्याएं कर सकते हैं?
पथराव करते हुए फेंके गए ईंट के टुकड़ों,पेट्रोल बम बना कर फेंकी गई बोतलें से ,चली हुई गोलियों और कत्ल किये गए लोगों के ढेर से,हो सकता है कि किसी के शक्तिशाली होने की बुनियाद मजबूत होती हो,सत्ता पर पकड़ भी कस जाती हो,लेकिन यह उपक्रम या यूं कहिए कि षड्यंत्र देश को कमजोर करता है, उसे विघटन की तरफ ले जाता है.कुछ दंगाई सत्ता के अपने होंगे,यह सोच इस देश को कहीं का न छोड़ेगी.
इस पागलपन और वहशत के विरुद्ध हर विवेकशील नागरिक को खड़ा होना ही पड़ेगा.

The way Delhi was thrown into the fire of violence is condemnable. A police constable and four civilians were killed. People wearing military uniforms are roaming in Delhi and the army is saying that they are not our people. Rioters are seen firing publicly and throwing petrol bombs. Videos of policemen being killed on duty and videos of policemen throwing stones are also coming out.The question is, did such a huge violence happen suddenly or was it a pre-planned conspiracy? Now even intelligence agencies are saying that it was pre-planned. If it was pre-planned then why not take effective measures to stop the violence? Just as violence was pre-planned, so is violence, arson and slaughtering, was it also pre-planned?At present, in the country, the strongest government is there and under the rule of strong government, rioters are openly waving guns, firing, killing. Is a class of rioters dear to the government that they have given up that they can even stand next to the police and shoot, throw petrol bombs, commit murders? Stones of stones thrown by stones, bottles made by making petrol bombs, piles of fired bullets and slaughtered people, may have strengthened the foundation of someone powerful, tightening their grip on power. Ho, but this venture or say that conspiracy weakens the country, leads it to disintegration. Some rioters will belong to power, this thinking will not leave this country anywhere.Every rational citizen will have to stand against this madness and bestowal
